HMB by MASTER ZX Nutrition is a metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid Leucine. This amino acid is synthesised in the human body. HMB (Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methybutyrate) has been designed to duplicate all the functions of leucine such as reducing protein catabolism and increasing protein synthesis.
