RETURNS
Please read the conditions for the return of our products carefully. These return policies will not apply in case of exercising the right of withdrawal. Returns or changes of products will only be accepted in the case of factory defects, damage from transportation, or delivery errors. In any case, packaging and accessories must be included. Due to the special nature of the products supplied, the buyer must notify any damages or defects of the received product within 24/48 hours.
In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once the defective product has been received, it will be verified prior to acceptance that there is a manufacturing or packaging defect or anomaly, and no signs of improper or negligent use, handling or storage of the product. The products should always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice. Both in the case of return due to manufacturing or packaging defects and in the case of errors in the order, the CLIENT will be offered, if possible, the repair or replacement with an alternative at no additional cost and without the right, on the part of the CLIENT, to any type of compensation.
The costs generated by the shipment of the repaired or correct order will be borne by High Fit. The return will always be subject to the examination of the product and the verification by High Fit of the condition of the returned product, verifying that the requirements in these sales conditions have been met.
Upon receipt of the returned product and if applicable, you will be provided with a voucher or credit for your next purchases in High Fit. If you do not accept the aforementioned voucher, we will refund the received amount within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days and according to the same terms that were used to make the payment. High Fit reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns will be managed by email to: pedidos@highfit.es or through the contact form, describing the reasons and alleged causes for the return. It will also be necessary to provide the details of the order (name and surname, order reference number, etc.). Once the request is received, it will be processed in accordance with this return policy.
To return your product, you must mail it to Avenida Ricardo Soriano nº 57 local 3, Marbella 29601. The shipping costs will be borne by High Fit.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending a message to Avenida Ricardo Soriano nº 57 local 3, Marbella 29601, through the contact form or by email to: pedidos@highfit.es. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this document.
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive shipment method) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In the event that the buyer does not want to receive the amount in the form of a credit or voucher, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested a different method; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent to High Fit, Avenida Ricardo Soriano nº 57 local 3, Marbella 29601 or through the contact form or email: pedidos@highfit.es.
You also have the option to electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our website www.highfit.es. If you use this option, we will notify you by email that we have received your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
The item(s) must be returned in due time, within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the moment you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline shall be considered to have been met if the user returns the goods before said period has expired.
In case of using your right of withdrawal you will have to assume the shipping costs.
