How to use

Mix 1 scoop (1 scoop) with about 100ml skimmed milk or water. Stir or blend well until it resembles conventional crepe batter. Pour the batter into a non-stick frying pan and fry until golden brown over medium heat (180-200ºC, 1-2 minutes on each side), on both sides. Experiment with batter thickness, size and frying time to achieve the desired pancakes.
