The Protein Xplode bar contains a mix of proteins with different absorption rates. We are talking about MPC milk protein concentrate, collagen hydrolysate, soy protein isolate, WPC whey protein concentrate and hydrolyzed wheat gluten. Depending on the flavor, the 40 g bar provides between 16 and 14 g of high-quality protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. In addition, it is an extra boost of carbohydrates and dietary fiber.

The protein bar does not contain much sugar. Therefore, it works very well as an alternative to sweets. It does not contain any added preservatives, artificial colors or palm oil. However, the composition was supplemented with vitamin D, magnesium and zinc.
