BCAAs are necessary to maintain the lean tissue and studies reveal that they preserve glycogen levels (a type of stored carbohydrate that can be converted to energy) in body tissue. BCAAs also prevent tissue from tearing during workout and because of this they can improve our muscle growth.

How to use

Take 3 tablets 30 minutes before workout and take 2 tablets after workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 5 tablets.
